Soft skills are personal attributes that influence how well you can work or interact with others.

These skills make it easier to form relationships with people, create trust and dependability, and lead teams.

1. Public speaking : is a soft skill that requires excellent communication. In general this skill
taught us to the speaking confidently , Learn body language , improve ability to speak.

2. Time Management : Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious
control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency.

3. Team work : Teamwork skills are the qualities and abilities that allow you to work well with
others Having teamwork skills is dependent on your ability to communicate well, actively listen
and be responsible and honest.

4. Decision making : Decision-making is the process of identifying and choosing alternatives

based on the values, preferences and beliefs of the decision-maker.

5 .Critical thinking : Critical thinking is the analysis of facts to form a judgment. In general
we can say critical thinking means to take a reasoned judgement .

6 . Developing content : refers to the ability of how to express our ideas and information more
effectively.

7 Problem solving : The process of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues and find the
creative solution .
