1. Open area- What is known by the person about him/herself and is also
known by others. – It is also called as, free area, free self, or 'the arena'
2. Blindspot-What is unknown by the person about him/herself but which
others know - blind area, blind self, or
3. Hidden area-What the person knows about him/herself that others do not
know - It is also called as hidden self, avoided area, avoided self or 'facade'
4. Unknown area -What is unknown by the person about him/herself and is
also unknown by others - It is also called as unknown self.

Influencing skills- Influencing skills are abilities that encourage and persuade others
to adopt or support your ideas. The skill to influence others can be beneficial for
leaders to motivate people and make their teams more productive.

Trust- It is process of rely on the person’s integrity and strength to do right things. Listen to
hear not to speak. Revert that you are listening to them. Show the interest and
revert. Authenticity is Do what you say. It is quality of being real and true. It helps

Child Ego State can be subdivided into two categories adaptive (who act as per
situation) and creative (who do what he feels).
Parent Ego State can be subdivided into two categories as critical (who decided
what is to be done) and nurturing (who gives certain freedom).

Adult Ego State is the behavior developed based on our experience, what is wrong
and what is right. One should adopt adult ego state for the assertiveness behavior.

Budget should be more accurate. Work on division of responsibility. Live and feel
that day to reduce problems. Remark on overshoot should be added. Consistency in
