Note: a) Ensure Daily JSTI meeting attended by all personnel's before starting any work activities.
b) Job Safety Analysis must be discussed during JSTI meetings.
c) Responsibility of overcoming the hazards lies with the concerned Engineer, supervisor, Foreman and workmen.
d) Ensure skilled and trained manpower for the job.
f) Job specific PPE must be worn.
g) Required job/ Work Permit shall be obtained from concern authority.
h) All persons involved in cable pulling should were full body harness and ensure 100% tie off when working on elevated areas.
