The problems of businesses that solved using mobile digital devices are the ff.

* The mobile digital device can be handled easily not like the desktop computers could not be

handled easily because of its sizes and heaviness other than smartphones that called "Swiss

army knife of the digital age." because of its lightness and convenience, and easily handled

inside the pocket.

* Also a smartphone still could be used as a contact from overseas using mobile data, users

don't need any more the wirings to get an internet connection.

* Also you could contact other person from overseas using your sim card.

* This smartphone could be used by users that installed or created their own application for

business purposes like seeing information using application systems or information systems to

see their sales, ordering and inventory.

* This can also monitor businesses even if you are outside the country you just easily open your

phone in a sec then you could check your records, process, and progress on your business.

* You don't even need to be in a office to do your office work, there are a lot's of apps or built

in apps for your job to do you just need a wi-fi or internet to be productive.

* Smart phones are not that super pricy like computers.

* Smart phones speed up sales and services on work depends on internet connection speed.

* Apps in Smart phones speeded up and simplified trade-in appraisals and pricing unlike the

past problems are you need to print or wrote hand written your car's information on sheets, car

information are easily handle and input inside the internet or information system or application

systems.

* A Service Pad app simplifies the steps in repair and warranty work, in the past customers with

cars requiring repairs had to go inside the dealership and sit at a desk with staff members who

wrote up the repair order by hand.

3. What kinds of businesses are most likely to benefit from equipping their employees with

mobile digital devices such as iPhones and iPads?

There are many kinds of businesses that mostly always benefits from mobiles devices such as

iPhones and iPads, are like franchise businesses on fast foods, for taking orders they are using

mobiles devices, online (warehouse) businesses for checking the information of the items like

its condition and how many are still left or how many was missing etc, Marketing business like

car selling they use iPad/iPhone to input customers information who buy’s their cars and they

could input on their information system billings and process of buying their cars.

4. One company deploying iPhones has said, “The iPhone is not a game changer, it's an industry

changer. It changes the way that you can interact with your customers” and “with your

suppliers.” Discuss the implications of this statement.

A competitive company is not only having a good product to sell
