    - Work samples
    - PE Log

    Work Samples
    ● On or before this FRIDAY Sept. 11th, please email me the following
    ○ 2 math samples
    ○ 2 ELA samples
    ○ 2 science samples
    ○ 2 history samples
    ○ You do not need to send music or art samples.

    ● Each work sample needs


    ○ Student First and Last Name
    ○ Date Lesson was completed
    ○ Subject
    ○ Unit # and Lesson #
    ● Please note only scanned samples can be accepted. Thank you.

    PE Logs
    ● Submit your PE log with the google survey
    ● The Google Survey will remain open through Friday, September 18th.
