JCI Batangas Caballero is a non-profit organization which aims to provide development opportunities that
empower young people to create positive change.

In its response to the effects of COVID-19 specifically to the education sector, JCI Batangas Caballero is
launching an online webinar entitled “Training the Trainors”. This webinar will teach 150 private school
teachers their preferred module, among these are as follows:
1. Comfort with Technology - choosing and using the right interaction software to make learning
inclusive and fun;
2. Sustainable Online Engagement- adopting a 4-step process to make your module interactive and
engaging; and
3. Collaborative Learning- converting and enhancing your existing content for online delivery.

This will be facilitated by MR. MENNEN M. ARACID, Faculty Member of the Operations and IT
Department of the ATENEO Graduate School of Business and the University of Asia and the Pacific. He
is also running Course Design and Facilitation Workshops for Corporate trainers and educators since
2005.

The registration fee and modules will be paid and shouldered by JCI Batangas Caballero through the help
of some sponsors.
