III. Procedures:

A. Preparatory of Activities

Warm up song Penguin dance by Jack Hartmann


Review Review previous lesson and check homework because they are related to today lesson
Action song Clothing song from English Vitamin Bubbles
C. Lesson Proper:

Activity (1) : Introduction


The lesson focuses on developing vocabulary related to clothes. Teacher will introduce the vocabularies
with flashcards. And then Teacher will show PowerPoint that is related to clothing vocabularies for memory
game.

Activity (2) : Speaking

- Students describe their clothing that they wear today.


Speaking - Speaking Game
- Each student describes his/her classmate without saying name; the rest of the class
finds who he/she is.

Activity (3) : Listening

- Learners look at the picture and point to the people as Teacher


describes them.

- Learners read out the seven names.
Learners listen to the audio and draw lines between five more names
While listening and five other people in the picture.

Activity (4) : Reading and Writing

Learners listen to the teacher’s description about the pictures and when
Before activity they think the answer is yes, ‘sit down’, when they think the answer is
no, ‘stand up’.

- An old man is in the park. (yes)
- It’s a very cold day. (no)

Reading While activity - Look, read and write the answer about the picture that they
& listened.
Writing - Ask learners to tell the Teacher sentences about other people in
the picture using ‘because’ or ‘and’.
- The monster is really happy because it loves playing football.
Post activity - The monster is sitting under the tree because it’s a sunny day.
- The boy in the red shorts is happy because he likes kicking the
ball.
- Two girls are roller skating and one of them has got an ice-
cream.
- Two girls are riding their bikes and they are wearing helmets.
- Two boys are playing football and they’re very good at this
sport.
Activity (5) : Game Activity

- Split the class into two teams.


- Two students go outside of the classroom while the rest of the class chooses someone from their class to
describe.
- The two students come back and the class takes it in turns to describe the chosen person, using ‘He/ She
is wearing…’
- The first person to guess correctly gets a point for their team.
IV. Assessment (Movers Workbook)

 Find the words for the pictures and write them on the lines.
 Find the words in the box for five more things people wear.
 Choose the correct words from A or B. Write them on the lines.

V. Review & Closing

Teacher will review the lesson taught today and wrap up.

VI. Assignment

- Student design their own T-shirt. It can be as colourful and funny as they want.
- They have to learn target vocabularies that they have learned today and next day Teacher will call
dictation.
