This project aims to create measure out of trash, to up-cycle our waste and make it
useful product to sell in the market for supporting the project HABON. Wherein it would
help them to produce a soap, so that the participants of our project will also receive a
reward which is the soap. In doing so, we learn to be creative with everyday items that are
consider waste. This project can be a great tool in order to achieve a healthy and productive
environment by means of recycling the waste from nearby barangay’s of Municipality of
Pototan.
This project aims to minimize and to prevent the bad effect of waste in the
environment and as well on health
This project aims to bring back the beauty and cleanliness of the environment
This project aims to promote the 3Rs Philosophies of solid waste management
particularly “Reuse” “Reduce” and “Recycle” of materials found in Pototan National Comprehensive
High School and other Baranggay’s in Municipality of Pototan.
This project aim to earn profit by selling recycle item to fund the project HABON
Benefits
It would reduce the amount of waste that remain there unattended and pollute the
environment massively.
To earn profits from useful and attractive material from the recycled waste
To offer a livelihood program for those individuals who made the recycled
The beneficiaries for this project are those who actively voluntary participated in this
project and they will be given soap from project HABON as a reward.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
METHODOLOGY
Drop-off Recycling
In this method, containers for designated recyclable materials are placed at
central collection locations throughout the barangay’s such as parking lots, plaza,
school or other civic associations. The containers are generally mark as to which
recyclable material should be placed in them. Residents are voluntarily deliver their
recyclable to the drop off locating and they receive a soap as a reward. Drop-off
recycling programs are more suitable when resident are taking their garbage to
central waste collection facility.
Buy-back Center
Handy-craft Program
In this method, the volunteer students will have a vacant time to create a
useful and attractive material using plastic bottles to sell. The volunteer students
will also receive soap as a reward. The finished product to proceeded to the market
and sell it for affordable price. The profit that will earned from the sell plastic
bottles will proceed to project that will also help our project wherein the project
HABON.

SCHEDULE
This project will be finished at least 5 months where in 2 months is allotted for
collecting the recycled waste in each houses and other public places in the Municipality of
Pototan and 3 months will allotted for recycling the waste to create a handicraft art

BUDGET
The total budget of this project is Ᵽ50,000 for daily allowance which assume to be
allotted for the snacks of persons who participated in this s project .The number of
volunteered and selected persons in this project are exactly 30 persons .The budget will

CONCLUSION
In conclusion the project KAMUT can create a great change in the environment and
sustain it’s cleanliness and progressive living. This project can actually benefit for mankind.
That can be have a good impact for us as students, parents, teachers, stakeholders,
government and Non-Government officials, it’s good for environment that can gain profit
from the handicraft made from recycled materials which needed for project HABON that
can produced enough soap for each residence in the Municipality of Pototan.
