Q2. Why are you interested in cells that you have chosen as your three preferences?

Preference 1: I had a prior experience in increasing social media outreach by 30% of aero-
modelling club.

Preference 2: Raised INR 2 lakh (20% of total sponsorship) worth of sponsorship through crowd
funding & workshops.

Preference 3: Organised lecture series and technical training for 500+ students in
association with Rotaract Club
Q3. Any prior experience in Event management or relevant Position of Responsibility held?

I headed the aero-modelling of the club. I have also played an integral role in organizing and
managing technical workshops. Being part of such events helped me realize the importance
of teamwork, coordination, and good management skills for an event's success. I was also
the placement co-ordinator at VJTI.

Q4. For the cell of your 1st preference, suggest two new initiatives that you think can be
incorporated into the cell. Alternatively, you may suggest one such initiative for each of your
three preferences.

 Guest Video Message- Ask the VIP to film a short video message detailing the event
 Behind the scenes footage- showing a snippet of hard work put up in the event
