The client is requesting for financial assistance that was diagnosed with Hypertension at
JRC Medical Center. He claimed that they are having difficulty sustaining the medical assistance
in connection they are asking for outside help.

2.) They have no other source of income or asset to tap in time of crisis.
3.) They cannot seek assistance from the nearest relatives for they are also poor.

In view of the above, may we recommend the client for financial assistance to help the
client to support his/her medical needs.
