Teachers are not only known to teach lessons and share ideas on students but they exceeds the ordinary description
and expectations of the people . From the video, I agree that teachers are the driving forces which moves the school
and are one of the integral foundations of the society. Yet, it is not only the teachers are working towards fostering
learning success and healthy development of the youth but also there is a need of a collaborative effort between the
school, networks and linkages in the community which require strong leaders to leverage community capacity, make
strategies and resources , and take the first steps of the planned vision.Thus,the interconnection of these are seen to
be key factors for youth learning and community development.  

 
B. What do you think is your vital role/responsibility as a teacher?

The teacher plays a vital role in the development of the child. Besides from sharing information, the teachers are said
to be the shapers of the child's dreams and even the leaders of the future. They have a good sense of judgement
and has guided with principles assure the child to demonstrate productive behavior and make full use of their
potentials. Teachers play different roles not one,not two but even more than people think. Teachers does not limit to
a reseacher, a counselor, a curriculum planner, a collaborater and a resource person, they work beyond the
expected.Moreover, in the sense of professionalism, it is very important that teachers should embody respect and
good attitude because at the end, a teacher's achievement will keep him/her on the top but it is always his/her
attitude will keep him/her there.
