MOBILE LEGEND AND CALL OF DUTY


Mobile Legends Tournament

Mechanics:
 The Mobile Legends Tournament is open to all College
Theresians male or female, or mixed teams.
 Slots are limited to 16 teams (8 teams for upper and 8 for
lower tier)
 Players must submit their entry before the tournament. There
will be a registration form.
 The game is single elimination.
 Teams are expected to be in the in-game lobby at the
designated time. There is a maximum 10-minute waiting
period. A player can only play for one team. If caught cheating
and playing for two teams or using other person’s identity
sanctions such as disqualification from the tournament will be
given to you and both teams.
 The tournament will be stream live on Facebook (STC Page)
 Participants must take a picture of their school ID or subject
load (By team) to prove that they are a student of STC.
 For the submission of school Id’s or subject load (By team),
entries and for other concerns kindly pm the following

Call of Duty Tournament

Mechanics:
 The Call of Duty Tournament is open to all Theresians
(College) male or female, or mixed teams.
 Slots are limited to 25 teams
 The game will be in Battle Royale
 The teams are expected to be in the in-game lobby at the
designated time. There is a maximum 10-minute waiting
period. If one team is not ready at the designated time the
game will start immediately.
 The tournament will be stream live on Facebook. (STC Page)
 Participants must take a picture of their school ID or subject
load (By team) to prove that they are a student of STC.
 For the submission of school Id’s or subject load (By team),
entries and for other concerns kindly pm the following
officiating officials:

TIKTOK CHALLENGE
MECHANICS AND CRITERIA
MECHANICS:
1. Each Department (College) are required to have at least one
participant to the following Tiktok challenges:
 Tocotoco Challenge (Boys only)
 Lipad ng Pangarap challenge
 Ikaw Ra Gang Challenge
 It Really Hurts (Mimiyuuuh Version)
 Gasolina Dance Challenge
 When I Look At You Challenge
2. Obscene clothing (malalaswang pananamit) is NOT allowed.
3. Comedy, hand gestures, transitions and acting are allowed.
4. Use of props will be allowed as long as it will not cause any
delay in the program and any harm to the performance of
other groups. Props such as oil, confetti, pyrotechnic gadgets,
smoke generators or combustible material, broken glass, live
animals, sharp objects and the like are prohibited.
5. Videos will be viewed and posted on Facebook (STC Tandag
page)
6. Shares and mentions are allowed — auto-likes is prohibited.
7. Tiktok entries must be submitted to Christene Mae Cabilao,
Jefferson Leopoldo or Nikki Supilanas through Facebook
Messenger.
8. Failure to follow the guidelines will result to a deduction of one
(1) point on their total score.
9. The decision of judges is final and irrevocable.

GOT TALENT
IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Section 1. Each department should only have one entry.


Section 2. The participant/s can perform in solo, duo, trio or group
with no maximum number of participants. They can also perform in
any concept that would emphasize much of their talent.
Section 3. The participants should be a bonafide students of Saint
Theresa College of Tandag, Inc and enrolled in their respective
department. They are required to send anything that can justify
their enrollment to the school.
Section 4. Time of the whole talent presentation must be within a
minimum of 3 minutes and maximum of 5 minutes.
Section 5. Participants should maintain a wholesome presentation.
Explicit vulgarity in music, costume, dance steps, language and the
entire presentation will strictly not be allowed and subject to
disqualification.
Section 6. Use of props and costumes to enhance the performance
of the representative shall be allowed.
Section 7. Performance should be documented through a video and
should not exceed 5:00 minutes.
Section 8. The entry and video documentations to be sent should
follow this format:
Section 8.1 Video Resolution: 720x480/24fps (minimum
requirement) or subject to participants’ discretion.
Section 8.2 File Format: WMV, MPEG-4, AVI, FLV
Section 8.3 Email Subject Format: Department_GT
Section 9. All entries should be sent to

Section 10. Failure to comply to any of the aforementioned is
subject to a 3-point deduction in the overall average score.
Section 11. The entry shall be judged according to the following
criteria:

Section 14. The deadline of the "Wow" reacts will be on October 1,
2020 7:00 PM.
Section 15. The use of auto-like and any form of bribery just to
boost the "Wow" reacts is subject to disqualification.
Section 16. The entries will be judged by the three judges. They will
be the one to judge the entries except the relatability.
Section 17. The top three (3) entries who got the highest overall
average score shall be proclaimed; Champion, 1st place and 2nd
place.
Section 18. The decision of the board of judges is final and
irrevocable.

Article 4
IMPROVISED PPE MAKING CONTEST
IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Section 1. Each department should have a maximum of three (3)


participants.
Section 2. The participants should be a bonafide students of Saint
Theresa College of Tandag, Inc and enrolled in their respective
department. They are required to send anything that can justify
their enrollment to the school.
Section 3. Every department will only make one PPE set with Face
mask and Face shield. 
Section 4. Participants can use any materials except those harmful
materials that can show their creativity.
Section 5. The participants should choose a member who will wear
the PPE and the other member/s will take a photo of him/her
wearing the PPE in two angles; the front and the back side of the
PPE. They are also required to send a photograph of the PPE that is
not worn by any one in the same angles.
Section 6. The participants are required to attach the list of the
materials used as well as the photo or video documentation in
making the PPE to secure the fairness of the event.
Section 7. The entry should be sent to

2020 7:00 PM.

of the PPE.
Section 16. The top three (3) entries who got the highest overall
average score shall be proclaimed; Champion, 1st place and 2nd
place.

DIY DISINFECT FOOT STAMP MAKING CONTEST
IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Section 1. Each department should have a maximum of three (3)


participants.
Section 2. The participants should be a bonafide students of Saint
Theresa College of Tandag, Inc and enrolled in their respective
department. They are required to send anything that can justify
their enrollment to the school.
Section 3. Every department will only make one Disinfect Foot
Stamp. 
Section 4. Participants can use any materials except those harmful
materials that can show their creativity.
Section 5. The participants are required to send a photo of the foot
stamp in two angles; the front and the back angle. They are also
required to attach the list of the materials used as well as the photo
and video documentation in making and functioning of the foot
stamp to secure the fairness of the event.
Section 6. The entry should be sent to

Article 6
VIRTUAL MODELING CONTEST
IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Section 1. Each department should have two participants one male


and one female.
Section 2. The participant should be a bonafide students of Saint
Theresa College of Tandag, Inc. and enrolled in their respective
department. They are required to send anything that can justify
their enrollment to the school.
Section 3. The participant can use any wardrobe and props. He/she
can also edit the photo to enhance its beauty.
Section 4. The theme and concept should be based on the discretion
of the participant.
Section 5. The entry should be sent to
dompaquiding18@gmail.com on or before September 29, 2020
11:59 PM.
Section 6. Failure to comply to any of the aforementioned is subject
to a 3-point deduction in the overall average score.
Section 7. The entry shall be judged according to the following
criteria:

Article 7
Poster Making

📷Mechanics For Picture Making Contest🎨


1. The contest is open to all Theresians: College students.
2. Every department must have only one entry to be submitted.
3. The poster must illustrate, interprete and emphasize the theme of
the 104th Foundation Anniversary Theme:" Guidance on active
learning and promoting student's self - regulation skills in Covid - 19
outbreak".
4.Each department should have only 1 participant.
5.Every participants must use a timelapse to have a video from
beginning to the end.
6. Each department entries must be submitted through our Official
SSG Facebook Page (STC Supreme Student Government page
name) with the hashtag "PictureMakingContest" & "(Department)".
7. Every participant must take a picture of their ID & (Study load for
the college students) to prove that they are a student of STC.
8.Every participant must wear their respective uniforms when they
start a poster making.

The poster will be judge according to the following criteria:


• People's Choice(Facebook Reactions) - 15%
•Creativity and Presentation- 30%
• Originality - 30 %
• Relevance to the theme- 25 %

DIY Pot Making
IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS Do It Yourself (DIY)
Pot Making Contest
1. Each department should have a maximum of three (3)
participants.
2. The participants should be a bonafide students of Saint Theresa
College of Tandag, Inc and enrolled in their respective department.
They are also required to send anything that can justify their
enrollment to the school.
3. Every department will only make one pot.
4. Participants can use any materials except those harmful materials
that can show their creativity.
5. The participants should only send a photo of the pot made by
them in four angles; the front, back, right and left side of the pot.
6. The participants are required to attach the list of the materials
used in making the pot together with the video documentation to
secure the fairness of the event.
7. The entry should be sent to dompaquiding18@gmail.com on or
before September 27, 2020 11:59 PM.
8. Failure to comply to any of the aforementioned is subject to a 3-
point deduction to the overall score.
9. The entry shall be judged according to the following

criteria:
Beauty 30%
Creativity 30%
Usefulness 30%
Facebook "love" reacts. 10%
Total 100%
10. The entries will be posted on the official Facebook page of the
STC Supreme Student Government.
11. Only the "love" reacts will be counted.
12. The deadline of the "love" reacts will be on September 28, 2020
7:00 PM.
13. The use of auto-like and any form of bribery just to boost the
"love" reacts is subject to disqualification.
14. The entries will be judged by the three judges. They will be the
one to judge only the beauty, creativity and the usefulness of the pot.
15. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.

NOTES TO TABULATIONS

Section 1. The 104th foundation day shall only be composed of Non–


Academic Events; Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, DIY Pot Making
Contest, Tiktok Contest; toco-toco, it really hurts, when I look at you,
wap, ikaw ra gang and Gasolina dance challenge. , Improvised PPE
Making Contest, Got Talent, Virtual Modeling, DIY Disinfect Foot
Stamp Making Contest and Poster Making Contest.
Section 2. The ranking system is deemed the most appropriate
scoring system ingranting percentages for the overall scores
because it eliminates the limitations of the point system. In
tabulating the overall score, the ranking system will be adapted.
Section 3. In using the ranking system, a guarantee will be
established. At least 30% of the event’s weight is given to the
participant ranking last. This guarantee is granted as recognition to
the effort exerted in joining such an event. However, the
departments which are unable to participate in an event will receive
0%, but for that particular event only.
Section 4. The intervals for granting the percentages per event start
from 30% ending at 100%, which is given to the participant ranking
first. The interval will depend on the number of participants in that
specific event. In the occurrence of disqualification, disqualified
department/s will be receiving 0% for the particular event and they
will not be counted to the number of participants with respect to the
computation of interval.
Section 5. The following percentages will be used to tabulate the
whole event.

Section 6. If it happens that there will be two (2) departments for


one place in the top five (5), the school who has a “bigger” score
basing the score sheet of the Chairman of the Board of Judges will be
declared as the “higher” rank.
Section 7. Furthermore, if the two (2) departments still have the
same scores basing the scoresheet of the Chairman of the Board of
Judges, the Chairman himself will choose who will be declared as the
“higher” rank. However, for tabulation purposes, they will get points
basing the average percentile of the rank they tied for and the rank
after it.
Section 8. In any case that there will be two (2) departments for one
place in Rank 6 onwards, the two (2) schools will get the same
points basing the average percentile of the rank they tied for and the
rank after it.
Section 9. All departments must secure deduction sheets to be sent
to the e-mail address of their respective department's auditor. These
sheets shall be the tool to address grievances to the Supreme
Student Government.
Section 10. This tool must be validated/signed by the president of
the Supreme Student Government in order for the SSG Auditor to
acknowledge it. This committee is the ONLY authorized committee
to validate/sign this tool.
Section 11. This tool must bear the; (a) complainant and
defendant’s department; (b) name of the event; (c) the SSG
President; (d) the argument/s; and (e) affixed signatures.
Section 12. The complainant must present evidence of their
argument such as pictures, videos and the like to support it. Unless
evidence is exhausted or totally not applicable, arguments must be
raised personally to the Supreme Student Government.
Section 13. The school with the highest score of combined points
for all the events shall be declared as the OVER-ALL CHAMPION for
the STC 104th Foundation Day. The second highest shall be the
OVERALL 1ST RUNNER UP, the third highest shall be the OVERALL
2ND RUNNER-UP and so on.
