1.Is there a relationship between the intake of high in fiber foods to the prevention of constipation?

There is a relationship between the intake of high in fibers foods to the prevention of constipation because increase of
dietary fiber intake has been recommended to treat constipation in children and adults, dietary fiber intake was
independently negatively correlated with chronic constipation. Fiber intake include more high-fiber foods like fruits,
vegetables and whole grains in your diet. This increases both soluble and insoluble fiber intake and could help relieve
constipation.

2. Is there an association between quality of interpersonal skills of students and the use of cell phones in schools?

There is an association between quality of interpersonal skill of students and the use of cell phones in schools. Cell
phone have qualities that makes life easier such as finding directions using navigation programs and sharing videos,
information and photos in social media. However, excessive use of cellphones may affect the quality of student learning.
Addiction in using cell phone can affect the daily life of students causing loss of attention and focus.
