Scope of our solution v/s Existing model:

 Our system is user- friendly compared to existing system.

 Availability of service is not limited. Service is available 24 hours.
 The users are not needed to pay for making use of our system. Service is
free.
 There is no age limit to make use of our system.
 There is no intervention from anyone in the middle. Direct
communication takes place.
 Applicant can check the status of his application anytime he wants.
 All the instructions will be in English language along with all the regional
languages. So there is no issue of miscommunication.

Expected outcome:
In our proposed system, we mean to provide solution for the problems that
occur in rural areas such as lack of information about the employment
opportunities around them, communication gap between the farmers and the
buyers and students not having information about the government offered
scholarships and information about the competitive examinations that might
help them in getting admissions in good colleges or in getting jobs in future.
Here, we are using a kiosk to take the information from the person (both
educated and uneducated) who wishes to apply for the job. The kiosk machine,
after accepting the information entered, stores it in the database. This
information provided by the applicant is used to decide the jobs which can be
given to the applicant based on his qualification and his skill sets. The applicant
is contacted directly by the job provider.
The kiosk is also used by farmers and students. It provides information of the
buyers (such as their contact numbers) that helps the farmers to sell their crop
directly to the buyer at a reasonable price. It also helps students to know the
details about the government offered scholarships and about the competitive
examinations.
End product (properties):

Here, our end product is a kiosk machine which provides all the information
about competitive exams, jobs nearby and crop dealers for farmers. The aim of
this is to bring the technology into rural people hands so that they get connected
with the real world.
The machine we are implementing is a touchscreen kiosk, which needs the
person who wants to apply for the job register himself by giving certain
information such as his qualification, skills and contact number. The kiosk
guides him through the process. It takes the necessary information from the
applicant which is stored in the database. That information is forwarded to the
organization/company looking for workers. If the applicant seems right for the
job, the company can contact him. The company chooses the applicant based on
the information he entered during the registration phase (such as his
qualification and skills).
The kiosk machine also does the job of providing the information about the
buyers nearby which helps the farmers to sell their crop directly to the buyers.
Here, the farmers are not needed to register themselves, rather they can just
choose the type of crop they want to sell and can choose the buyer which are
displayed on the home page.
The kiosk also has another feature where it provides the information about the
scholarships offered by the government and about the competitive examinations
that they could take which might help them in getting admissions in good
colleges or in getting good jobs. Here also the students are not needed to
register themselves. The information about the scholarships and examinations
are displayed on the home page which can be accessed easily by the students.
