“A Proposal for Helping Learners through Inventions”

PURPOSE OF THE ARTICLE

Making this proposal is a great help for students for future use. In the

near future, we are confident that making this proposal would assist us to do

so. Being knowledgeable in making proposals is a good start to present to the

investors because it will surely catch their attention. We believe that a good

invention is useless with an awful proposal.

Proposals are useful in doing projects that may create a great

significance in the society. A project can’t be approved without proposal. As a

learner that is curious in the surroundings, we may create some and

proposals will portray its role.

 ABSTRACT

Statement of Problem

One of the barriers of having an effective education is on the learners

itself. Difficulties in reading and writing become an alarming issue that needs

a solution. Educators concluded that difficulties in reading and writing are the

hinders for learners to achieve higher form of education.

Proposed Solution

4AB Techno-learning Designs created a way to enhance the way of

how students learn. Through the new technology we developed, the

Holographic watch with IR Glasses, students and learners will have a more

comfortable way of reading and writing which can enhance their learning.

Although it is costly, the fact about what it can do to learners is worth the price

itself.

Objectives, Goals, Values

1. Easy access on learning materials that helps students utilizes information

quickly.

The Holographic Watch contains millions of data that students and

learners can access easily. They need only to use the IR Glasses to search

for the topic and the IR Glasses will show it to the learners. It is actually more

convenient than smartphones and computers because it does not need

internet connection to access the topics.

2. Aid for writing and reading, that enable illiterate students learn how to write

and read.

Young learners always have problems when it comes to reading or

writing. This technology helps them learn how to write and read at such a

young age. It also helps learners to learn how to read and write other

languages.

3. Tool for reading unfamiliar words, spelling it out, and pronouncing it that

assist the students in constructing sentences on their own.

Many students get low scores when it comes to spelling quizzes

because of the words they are unfamiliar with. This technology allows them to

learn and understand the meaning of the words, and also to spell it out

correctly. IR Glasses also has built-in earphones in which you will be able to

hear the correct pronunciation of the word that they searched.

BODY

A problem of illiteracy in this progressing world is considered an

alarming issue that is needed to be solve to make the community more

productive. Illiteracy means a state where you one is unable to read and write,

or having difficulties in doing so. Certain people experiences challenging

struggles in reading and writing, which could only state the lack of knowledge

in a specific area. There are many causes of illiteracy and it could be the

illiteracy among parents, lack of family support, unemployment of the

educated ones, lack of awareness, social barriers, lack of affordable

education facilities and the most common of all which is the poverty.

In connection to this, consequences or effects may result such as

hindering economic and social progress, higher percentage of poverty, child

marriage, social crimes, unemployment and worst is intergenerational

illiteracy. A potential solution could be utilized for this type of problem and the

innovation led to the invention of Holographic Watch and IR Glasses that

could be a way to resolve the issue.

The concept of 'holography' led to the innovation of Holographic Watch.

It uses holographic image that can be seen by looking into an illuminated

holographic print that would create virtual objects in an augmented reality

environment. The watch's helpful function was a clear distinction of a

technology that has been more developed. Augmented reality systems often

use a Holographic Optical Elements to make a video projection appear at

comfortable viewing distance.

The inspiration about infrared sensing has caught the attention of the

researchers to invent the Infrared glasses or also known as IR glasses.

Infrared (IR) light has been mostly encountered by people every day since it is

Invisible to human eyes, but it could be felt as heat. Infrared sensing focuses

on detecting certain materials that could really help in manipulation. The lens

of the glasses typically contains charge-coupled-device (CCD) imaging chips

that are sensitive to IR light. The image created by this CCD can be

reproduced in visible light enabling the reader to see the information they

wanted to learn. The capability of this gadget is highly useful for numerous
scientific applications. People especially students who wanted to seek

knowledge can easily access information in a manner of it being handy

without bothering the user to struggle themselves.

Allotment of time is always observed. Developing this type of

technology is a much complex because of its composition and unique

purpose. Sufficient knowledge must be gathered first to do such inventions.

Five years were considered for the time duration of developing the

Holographic Watch and IR Glasses. It fairly costs at an affordable rate with a

price of Php 10 000 for the Holographic Watch and Php 5000 for the IR

Glasses. However, if the student is enrolled in the institution or currently

studying in a certain school, he/she will be given a privilege to avail the

products for free.

CONCLUSION

The Holographic Watch with IR Glasses is very useful in our

community nowadays. Not only it benefits the students but also those people

who wants to learn reading and writing in many ways. It also improves the

way we communicate with other people around the world. We also assured

that not just rich people could buy and obtain this technology, but also those

people who needed it the most. Anyone can buy this technology at such a

very affordable price. Through the technology we invented, it will surely evolve

the learners’ way of learning into something better. Lets help our country

produce a remarkable citizens of the world.
