I write in order to update you on the five Defectors

and secure two further missiles that may alleviate
the situation that we now must investigate. One
particular item of note: the prevalence of eight
Defectors who will not digit for the five arms
it is clear that they are deploying a code nine
level of threat. never before used by Defectors.

We must use utmost caution. Three of our finest

Defectors have already exploded. But with only seven
