THESIS STATEMENT

The Filipino people criticize the Manila Bay White sand project because the project covers the pandemic
issue in the country we the Filipino people wants a countrywide mass testing because the covid cases in
the country is increasing though the experts says we are recovering at the pandemic but in other
peoples perspective the cases are increasing that’s why they need mass testing in the other hand other
people enjoys the white sand in fact in previous days there’s a lot of people there and without social
distancing.
