RESUMEN

1. When we know about the future we normally use the present tense.

 We use the present simple for something scheduled or arranged:

We have a lesson next Monday.

The train arrives at 6.30 in the morning.
The holidays start next week.
It is my birthday tomorrow.

 We can use the present continuous for plans or arrangements:

I’m playing football tomorrow.

They are coming to see us tomorrow.
We’re having a party at Christmas.

2. We use will to talk about the future:

 When we make predictions:

It will be a nice day tomorrow.

I think Brazil will win the World Cup.
I’m sure you will enjoy the film.

 To mean want to or be willing to:

I hope you will come to my party.

George says he will help us.

 To make offers and promises:

I'll see you tomorrow.

We'll send you an email.

talk about the future:

future:

I might stay at home tonight, or I might go to the cinema.

We could see Mary at the meeting. She sometimes goes.

INTRODUCCION

The Future of the World’s Weather

The Future of the World’s Weather Nobody can be sure what the weather is going
to be like in the future, but many people think there are going to be some changes

Scientists say that in many places it's going to be hotter and it's going to rain less.
Countries in Africa and Asia are going to become very dry all year, and it’s going to
be impossible for people to find food and water. In Southern Europe and the United
States it's going to be more difficult for plants to grow. People there are also going
to have problems finding food in the future.

Nobody knows exactly how much the temperature is going to go up, but scientists
say that the change is going to be at least 2"C. They predict that the ice in the
Arctic and the Antarctic is going to melt in the next hundred years and a lot of the
animals there are going to die. There is also going to be more water in the oceans
of the world so cities on the coast are going to disappear.

Another problem is that the weather is going to become more extreme. Scientists
say that there are going to be more hurricanes and typhoons in the future. These
storms are going to happen all over the world and many people are going to lose
their home

CONCLUSIONES:
Futuro simple en inglés uso de auxiliar "will" y forma "Going to"
Oraciones afirmativas / negativas en futuro simple (will)

Obviamente y como es común en la lengua inglesa, se admite el uso de

contracciones para unir el pronombre personal con el auxiliar “will” como se
verá en los siguientes ejemplos.

Use of going to Future

 an action in the near future that has already been planned or prepared
Example: I am going to study harder next year.

 a conclusion regarding the immediate future

Example: The sky is absolutely dark. It is going to rain.
