Customer Obligations for Success
For the project to be successful, the customer must fulfill the following obligations:
• Customer to finalize license agreements and get staging environment from Oracle prior to start of
implementation.
• Formalize Project steering committee.
• Assign a project manager and Change Management Advisor to lead your staff’s efforts.
• Assign experienced and empowered business and IT users to work with Kovaion’s team (some full-
time allocation may be necessary at times).
• Perform certain project tasks according to project plan such as:
– Provide data in format specified by Kovaion
– Perform User Testing
– Engage Users for End User Training
• Process standardization across the organization has to be done by the customer prior to start of the
engagement.
• Provide timely sign off of the deliverables within the timeframe agreed upon before start of
engagement.
