- Measure out 4 oz of the canned pears and  - 1 pancake sausage stick 
place in plastic to-go cup and place items  - 1 juice box 
in the refrigerator (less than 41 degrees)  Thursday Breakfast (250 bags): 
until ready to assemble  - 2 packets of oatmeal 
Thursday Breakfast:  - 1 juice box 
- No prep needed, follow assembly  - 1 strawberry cup

- Use a 4 ounce scoop to measure and place  - 1 cereal  
mixed fruit into cups (with lids) and place in  - 1 pack of crackers

- Take roasted turkey out of fridge and slice  - place 1 roasted turkey slice into clear hinged meal 
into 2oz servings (place in cooler until  container 
ready to assemble)  - Scoop an 8 oz serving of mashed potatoes into

- Make mashed potatoes and place in cooler 
until ready to assemble

Tuesday Lunch:

- Cup 8 ounces of frozen mixed vegetables  - 1 frozen pizza  
in cups (with lids)and place in cooler until  - 1 mixed vegetable cup

Wednesday 
Lunch:       
- Place 4 oz. tuna salad into a cup and cover 
with a lid  250 Bags 
- Wrap croissant with foil  - 1 container of tuna salad 
- Prepare 16 oz. tossed salad with  - 1 wrapped croissant 
lettuce,cherry tomatoes (2-3), shredded  - 1 cup of salad 
carrots, broccoli, and cucumbers and place  - 1 bag of croutons  
in a cup  - 1 bag of dressing 
Jessica 1:30-5:30   - 1 fresh pear 

Nicole 1:30-5:30    
Thursday Lunch:       
- Wrap ham and cheese in foil  250 Bags 
- Wrap the tortilla used for the wrap in foil  - 1 ham and cheese package  
- Portion 4 oz. of blueberries and place in  - 1 wrapped tortilla 
plastic container with a lid  - 1 cup of blueberries 
Cindy  - Place ham and cheese and blueberries in  - 1 bag of carrots 
(serves at 4)  2:15-6:15 the cooler until ready to assemble   
Laura 1:30-5:30    

Friday Lunch:       
250 Bags 
- 2 yogurts per bag 
- 1 breadstick 
- Portion out 8 oz. of peas and place in a  - cup of peas 
Monica 12:00-2:30 plastic container with a lid  - 1 fresh apple 
- Wrap single breadstick in foil 
- Place peas into the cooler until ready to 
Alison 2:15-6:15 assemble
