Description of the food truck
Owners: Lexi & Rebecca

We named our food truck Los Boricuas because it stands for puerto ricans.

Our theme is like exotic and a beachy theme.

Our food truck will be located outside of sports events like the rockies stadium, Broncos
stadium Etc.

Hours 11-8.

On the left side of the truck it will say Los Boricuas with a puertorican flag. Then on the
lower part of the truck there will be a piece of heaven with a little side of crazy.
Menu
Situation Analysis
Demographic: Employed people,all genders,single or in a
relationship

Psychographic: Someone who likes trying new things, likes


new foods, a person who likes tropical flavors

Geographic: Customers will live somewhere in colorado or visiting from


other states. They would probably work somewhere in
colorado or maybe there job is a food critic
Product usage: We would like customers buy from us at least twice a
week
SWOT Analysis
Strengths ● Being outside of a popular
place.
● Also having food people enjoy.
● Lots of people that may be
coming out of a sports game.

Weaknesses ● Getting a flat tire


● Other competition
● Serving a certain type of food
people might not like.

Opportunities ● We could have a great


opportunity to make a lot of
money because after sports
events people might need food.

Threats There might be other food trucks


around so that could possibly affect
our business
Marketing plan
A goal we would like to see be accomplished is trying to get around 500
customers each day.

Another goal is too attend three sport events each week and possibly more.

The last goal that we would like to accomplish is to have happy customers.
The 4 Ps
Product:
Yuca al mojo -yuca served with a special sauce
Platanos- dried plantains
Flan - rich, toasted sugar caramel flavor from the top with the base being
spongy
Limber -tropical frozen juice that comes in a great variety of flavors: guava,
coconut, cherry, and mango
Tamarindo - sweet and sour to a tangy and tart flavor frozen drink
Drinks - coke , lemonade, and pina colada
Alcapurrias - Fried green banana, stuffed with shrimp or a beef filling .
Empanadas-fried bread stuffed with ground beef
Mofongo Plate- fried green plantains mashed that has a choice meat or seafood
or served with broth filling
Classic Plate- plate served with rice beans and a choice of steak, pork, or
grown beef as the meat
Price:

Price range $4-$15 because we don't want it to be too expensive that


people dont wanna pay for and not too chap that we don't get enough
money so we make a profit.
Place:

People can find us at events, sport events, festivals,and local


activities.
Promotion:

We would promote our food truck with online advertisement. We will also
advertise our food truck with flyers and coupons on our first week
