This business name is Bagus
pastil on the go. Our product in
bagus pastil in the jar. In our
version we are making, the pastil
is made of milkfish and it has 3
various
flavors cheese, spicy and sweet. PRODUCT
The fish component of the dish is
known as the kagikit.

CONCEPT
It is shredded bangus. The fish is
cooked similar to adobo. It is first
boiled until tender,
then allowed to cool before
shredding them into little strips.
Garlic and onions are
sautéed in a pan and the shredded
meat added after the onions turn PRODUCT
transparent. Soy
sauce (or oyster sauce), black
pepper, and salt to taste are added
and allowed to
simmer until they evaporate.

decided that we will use our own money.

expenses of our product, and with that we decided to split the
expenses that we have
and each of us will contribute to start the production of our
product. As of now we do not
have any sponsor or partnership.
