TERMINAL REPORT OF GRADE 4 ON ILAP SHIELD PROGRAM

ILAP SHIELD PROGRAM is one of a masterpiece in catering learning needs

of the pupils especially in this covid-19 pandemic times. We did agree that at this
moment of trials and fear we must not sink in but will arise to give still our best lest
somehow if we forgot we educators and education might also be forgotten.

Our find strength in implementing SHIELD program:

1, The modules are easily understandable wherein the pupils find independency in
answering questions because words and examples and test given are basic and is
comprehensible to the levels of pupils.

2, The parents and teachers had already communicated before the start of classes
which is an edge in our part because the parents are already oriented to the new
normal modalities of learning.

What needs to be improved:

1. The resources are shortcut. The implementations had not consider the bulk of
printing needed to the availability of the machines on hand . The cramming of
teachers are seen and the ILAP Modules are also to be downloaded through
internet which some of the teachers had no idea of where and when.

Time management however limited should also broaden the horizons of such
implementation. Consider is the key and health and safety is a prime and
foremost need of teachers and the community as the government declares
“Let us Heal as One”.
