Specific Objectives:

At the end of 10 hours of Community Health Nursing virtual rotation for the 3rd
week, I will be able to:

a. Participate in virtual duty and RLE activities to acquire knowledge and skills that
can be useful upon the course of exposure.
b. Collaborate with student nurses to provide appropriate evidence-based
information of each issue identified or trends.
c. Participate in the problem analysis and processing per CI.
d. Formulate a plan of action to address these issues and trends based on
priorities.
e. Improve my skills, knowledge, and practice as to provide appropriate nursing
care to the community.
f. Implement safe and quality measures appropriate to the issues identified or
trends observed.
g. Evaluate the efficiency and effectively of measures taken based on policies
standards, and guidelines.
h. Establish appropriate corrective actions to prevent or minimize harm arising from
adverse effects.
i. Endorsement of project to 2nd rotation.
