This is to respectfully inform your office that Mr. Alfel Richard M. Veruen is the IT
Personnel of the two institutions namely Sto. Niño College of Ormoc and Jose Navarro
Polytechnic College. We have attached herewith his appointment duly signed by the
President of the Board of Directors of Sto. Niño College of Ormoc who is also
concurrently the President and owner of the Jose Navarro Polytechnic College.Given
this situation, the two Colleges are reciprocal in terms of staff and services.
As per PEAC instruction, the colleges sent three representatives to the PEAC
seminar last June 20, 2019 in Tacloban City with Mr. Alfel Richard Veruen as IT
Personnel representing for both the Sto. Niño College and the Jose Navarro Polytechnic
College. At that moment it was not deemed necessary to reflect his representation for
JNPC, Taking for granted that he was there to learn in the seminar for both schools. So
nowhere in the documents he submitted did he indicate his affiliation on position in both
colleges.
We apologize for this remission and request this office to credit his attendance
for Jose Navarro Polytechnic College.
