Reminder Before we Start
● Meetings come first and are mandatory.
● Too many absences will result in dismissal
● There is only one meeting a month therefore they must be
a priority

■ In school October 27th for Mon/Tues students an October 30th for
Thurs/Fri students
■ Will receive 1 hour for dressing up and 1 hour if you raise over
$10

Service Information
● A link to the Google Form to submit hours is available on
Google Classroom and on the Baldwin NHS Weebly page
● The spreadsheet to view your submissions will be
available soon
Service Reminders
● If you are not involved with tonight’s parade already,
administration needs help pacing the fall teams as they walk
across the field. Email me after the meeting if you’re
interested.
● You need a total of 20 community service hours and 2
projects
○ Projects are school-based events
○ Check the Google Classroom for announcements regarding opportunities
● A photo of you participating in an event is required for
submitting hours
● If you have any questions about the process or want to
propose a community service opportunity, email:

Tutoring
● Look out for emails regarding tutoring opportunities.
● There will be a reflection form posted on the NHS
website, we are encouraging students being tutored to
fill it out after their tutoring session.
● Each members must tutor for at least 3-5 service hours.
