client perspective. Discussed the Change requests with senior management of Capgemini and NBC
Roles and (National Broadcasting Company) for its impact.
Responsibilities ▪ Collaborated with cross functional teams in times of critical defects and made sure these get
resolved within strict timelines, and provided turn around solution to customers for that time
period so that business didn’t get affected. Also developed few modules on OnAir application
which was run by my client NBC so as to increase performance
Initiatives ▪ Development of new procedures using PL/SQL to determine time of customer’s billing in Production.
