• Worked as a subject matter expert in transition team that worked in tandem with Customer service training team
• Worked with close to 10 new hire associate teams during training and achieved 97% conversion(graduation) rate
• Work involved taking one-on-ones, contact mining and being a mentor to a set of individual new hires assigned to me
• Role also involved providing floor support, report timely quality, efficiency and related metrics of new hire associates
Amazon development center India, Customer service associate (September 2015 – May 2018)
• Was part of pilot team of Amazon global store and contributed in streamlining E-mail format and collate data for various order issues
• Received Customer obsession, Golden and Oscar award as part of Amazon’s rewards and recognition program
• Worked as a customer service associate across mediums and market places of India, North America and Dubai
• Resolution of customer queries/complaints while following the standard operating procedures of the company
