Sleepers are too placed under outriggers for stability
Crane operator is to be trained, certified and legally appointed
internally and by Mine.

Supervisor and riggers are to ensure that pre lift inspection is
done for all lifts under 5 Ton and Rigging Study’s are to be
done for all difficult loads and loads over 5 Ton.
Rigger to be trained, certified and legally appointed.
