Observation for INSTALLING OF LIFT ARCHITRAVES

This WSWP (Written Safe Work Procedure) gives guidance on the HSE control steps required in critical tasks.

1 SCOPE

This WSWP applies to all (Name of Company) operations. Any additional site or client specific Work Instruction may not contradict the (Name of Company) Document Control
Procedure specifications without written authorization by (Name of Company) HSE management and the accountable Regional Manager. Work Instructions are not considered
controlled documents outside of the site-specific Project HSE Management Plan. The table below acts as guide for the minimum safety critical steps that must be covered in
the task and allows for Role and Responsibility clarification as well as Planned Job Observations.

1. PRE-Operation:

PRE-OPERATIONAL SAFETY CHECKS
● Ensure that all personnel are wearing their PPE
● Ensure the machine is clean so you can see
any loose, worn or defective parts and other
safety hazards.
OHS Officer and Project
● Ensure that all drills and screw drivers are
safely checked and monitored. All users must Manager
be trained.
● Report any defects to the Supervisor.

DON’T
● Do not use faulty equipment. Report suspect
machinery immediately.
