What is online games? These game are played online with other people and are
especially addictive because they generally have no ending. Gamers with this
type of addiction enjoy creating and temporarily becoming an online character.
Playing online games, including violent shooter gamer, may boost children’s
learning, health, and social skills according to review of research in American
Psychologist. The study comes out as debate continues among psychologist
and the other health professionals regarding the effects of violent media on
youth. Online games addiction has a feelings of restlessness, moodiness,
depression, or irritability when attempting to cut down use of the game.

Online game addiction can have both positive and negative effects for us
especially teenagers. Playing online gamers can affect the life of the players but
it can be fun specially when we join it with our friends, it can give us self
satisfaction. Playing online games like Mobile Legends, Rules of Survival, Dota,
etc. It can increase our strategy level and can improve our brain speed.
Furthermore games like GTA, Minecraft, 4 pics 1 word, Cooking Fever can
improve our problem solving skills. So playing online games/mobile games is
kinda fun.

Being Addicted to Online games have both, good and bad effects on us. But
most specifically the bad effects in our health. Sometimes, playing online
games will make you skip meals and stay up all night and it’s not good for our
health. It may cause to ulcer because of skipping meals, and head aches
because of staying all night, also can damage our eye sight because of too
much using cellphone. So I suggest that e should just limits our self or even
prevent our self from playing online games before we turned out being an
addict over it. It’s not bad to play a games to satisfy your self, just know your
limitations. Make it as an inspiration not a distraction.
