PLEASE NOTE Full attendance each day is
compulsory in order to attain your course certification.
Directions on arrival
• Monday morning, you are required to arrive at the Villa in Golfe
Juan at 8.00am with your luggage.
Accommodation
• We provide accommodation for the 3 weeks duration
of your course.
• The accommodation is at our training villa and we ask that you
treat it as your home as it is not our personally owned
accommodation.
• Any problems to be reported immediately to
admin@thecrewacademy.com
• All information regarding the accommodation will be given to
you on the morning of the course.
Arriving and checking out at accommodation
Please arrive at the villa in Golfe Juan at 8.00am with your luggage.
We cannot provide accommodation Sunday, early check in or late
check out.
Upon checking out of the accommodation, if you require transport to
the airport or your desired destination, we suggest that you use Uber
as it is the most reliable and cheapest form of transport to and from
the villa. Check out is the last Friday of the course.
Please ensure that you leave the accommodation as you found it
on check in. Any damages are to be reported to admin at our office
immediately. Please ensure all rubbish is emptied and fridge is
emptied before you leave.

What to bring
• Passport
• Adaptors - we have UK sockets in our classroom
- so a universal adapter would be best
• Chargers - laptop, tablet and phone
• Notepad, pen and highlighter and any stationery
you think you may need
• A spare USB key
• NB. No smart clothes or uniforms are required for presentations
Important
Please note that we have a strict NO MOBILE PHONE policy from
8am till lunch break and from 1pm till the end of the working day.
Social Media from Laptops or devices during the working day is
also prohibited.
Daily Class Schedule
Training will take place daily from 8.00am – 5.00pm.
Full attendance each day is compulsory in order to attain your
course certification.
Food
• Breakfast will be provided daily from 7:45am-8:00am
(weekdays only) at the Villa
• Lunch will be provided daily; it will typically run from
12:00pm-1:00pm at the Villa
• Dinner is at your own convenience
• Weekend and evening meals are at your own convenience
Timings
The course may run over time depending on schedule.
Homework
You will be expected to complete your homework every night,
we suggest a minimum of up to two hours, is allocated towards your
study in preparation to sit and successfully pass your exam at the
end of week.
