Digital craft store is my future company. It’s all about digital craft products store. There are all
the digital gift products are available in that store. Whatever digital things you want you can get
from there. Especially do you want to gift someone you can use this center. The art technology
and a Digital of innovative things, beautifully designed products.

Our online business organization is really new to this current life style. These types of business
are available in market but those market works are not in online purchasing. What why I take
this business as my future company.

Our service.
 Based on our web site customers can book there things and they can get home
deliveries. We give COD (cash on delivery) systems for our customer’s they can pay
their money on delivery time if they going to pay by credit card for them also we give
online card paying system.
 If the product is not suitable for customer’s expectation they can return that product with
in a day.
 We have home delivery system. We have specific group of employees for that service
according to delivery place we will give the time limit (target time delivery system).

problem.
 If we did not reach the customer we will give same discounts for that products.(fast time
management)

This are the rules we going to maintain in our company. Form this rules we can save our time
and we can get customer satisfaction also.

Task 3.1

Online shopping we have lots of systems to get the customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction
is main thing in business. Get this thing we want to analysis form how to reach the customers
for that purpose we want to do the target market strategies to get that customer satisfaction.

Based on my business we start to do first in Colombo area only because then only we can
reach the customers easily.

Our target market is school students because there are the only now really interest in this
types of digital crafts so my first target market is school students.

Age: - above 13 (good understand about websites)
Area: - with in Colombo area (to reach them in give time)

Our first target market is school students now there are the only really behind with is types of
creative things specially girls love this types for fashion things to keep with them. These types
of things they can gift someone and they can buy for them also. Now in thing current market
boys are run behind with printed things for an example now boys love printed t-shirts. For
them also we can do the services.

1. To reach this target markets we want give same interesting things for these peoples. We
can do same discounts for them based on these fashion things.
2. We can do same special events for reach them.
3. Give same message for them in social media (Facebook, twitter, E-mail).
4. We can create social web sites.
