Hardware & Software purchase in India & World, offering some of the best
prices and a completely hassle-free experience with options of paying through
Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking processed through
secure and trusted gateways. Now shop for your laptops, hardware, software &
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Some of the top selling brands on the
website are Samsung, Dell, HP, Sony, Canon, LG, and Toshiba. This web site
also offers free home delivery for many of our products along with easy
interest-free EMI options.

This site will be controlled and operated by Agile Softech and products are sold
by Owner Company. All material on this site, including images, illustrations,
audio clips, and video clips, will be protected by copyrights, trademarks, and
other intellectual property rights. Material on Website will be solely for
personal, non-commercial use. No one can make copy, reproduce, republish,
upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-
mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must
not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the

OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT

OBJECTIVE:
Our Objective is to create a CRM web portal for a
company of service Industry that will provide all the required information
by the single web sites and will cater the need of Customers /Company by
providing better services, better information , & better payment gateway
Below is the list of functions:

 To manage product , customer , payment , order track data

 To help the customer in working easily and efficiently.
 To manage sales data effectively
 To evaluate sales performance of different product.
 To generate sales report
 To generate quotation
 To provide better service for AMC
 To perform analysis on customer data
 Simplify marketing and sales processes
 To help the sales people in reducing errors that are
encountered frequently during sales
 Manual operations by concurrently updating the data stored
in many places.
 To provide security as only an authorized user can interact
with the system
 To Provide product information to the customer
 Provide a fast mechanism for correcting service deficiencies.
 To provide mechanism to deal with customer complaints
effectively.
 To provide list of customers whenever needed by salesman,
administrator or customer relationship executive.
 To send Offer Letter to customers by finding right customer
group.
 To do customer segmentation on basis of income, occupation
and territory.
 To perform analysis of sales data on the basis of product,
salesman, and territory.
 To provide facility of submitting feedback of the customer.

By using the Website, Admin shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
customer/Company Login Name and Password, and Admin shall be responsible for all
activities that occur under customer/Company Login Name. Admin reserve the right to
indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of customer/company membership on
the Website and refuse customer/ company access to the Website. This module will
maintain administration related information

 CRM modules:

This module will contain customer related information. Their complete details, contact
information, feedbacks etc.

 AMC Module : Deal with Annual Maintenance contract

 Payment modules: This module will contain Payment related information.

 Hardware Product modules:


This module will contain product related information, description, prices etc.

 Software Product modules:


This module will contain software product related information, description, prices etc.

 Offer & Scheme Modules:


This module will contain all offers related information, by different companies.

This module will contain advertisement related information that will be earning for web
