MISSION:
Provide road safety to cyclists, skatebording and runners through a product related to road
signs, contributing to the prevention of accidents.

VISSION:
To be a leading company in the commercialization and distribution of road safety means to
prevent traffic accidents in El Salvador.

 PRODUCT
SIGNAL BACKPACK:
The purpose of presenting this product is to offer something new, that satisfies a need at an
accessible price in the market where both parties (buyer and suppliers) are satisfied with the
price.
The main functions of the product are to signal and send a warning of the movement that
the person is going to make so that it can be visible to people traveling by means of a
private or heavy vehicle. The purpose of creating a backpack with the same signs as a car is
so that cyclists, runners or skateboarding feel more secure in the street and at the same time
the product fulfills the functions of a common backpack.

 COSTUMER

Signal Backpack was created with the purpose of providing road safety to people who
practice sports in the streets of El Salvador during night hours, of which we have taken into
account the following:

CYCLISTS:
In our country many people practice cycling,
however there are people who, for reasons of
work, study or personal tastes, prefer to practice it
at night or starting the day even without the sun
rising; This is not the problem, the problem arises
because in dark hours cyclists are not visible to
drivers, in addition our roads mostly do not have
special lanes for cyclists or not all cyclists have access to them due to the distance, that is
why many cyclists live with the risk of being run over.

RUNNERS:
Like cyclists, runners are at risk, many of them go
out at night or in the mornings, practice this sport
in parks of their city or residence and there is a
group that makes it through the streets of our
country, the problem is because not all streets have
sidewalks and runners have to travel certain
sections on the asphalt of the road there being the
possibility of being run over, in the same way Signal Backpack can be useful to keep your
belongings and allows them to be visible in night hours.

SKATEBOARDING:
In recent years, El Salvador has had an increase in
young people who practice skateboarding, a sport in
which young people skateboard through all kinds of

tricks. Young people who practice this sport use sectors as places to practice, in many cases
they practice until late at night, for example in El Salvador of the world (San Salvador, El
Salvador) every day young people come to enjoy skateboarding traveling with their
skateboards in the streets of great San Salvador, being totally exposed to being injured.

Unlike other sports, skates boarding does not have any visual signaling device against
accidents and many of them always carry pockets where they carry their belongings, for all
this we consider that they can be very benefited with Signal Backpack, since they will have
a tool to store his things and the possibility of being visible at night, avoiding accidents.

 COMPETITION
Being a company that cares about the safety of our customers, we seek the maximum
protection of each of the people who use our product, our competition is all those
companies that are dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of fluorescent vests. Our
vests are designed with the purpose of meeting the needs of people who take night walks
and need to feel safe with every step they take towards their destination. The difference
between our vests and the rest is the system of led lights that have incorporated that serves
as directional lights so that the person who uses it during the night is visible and can warn
the rest of the individuals around in which direction it will go.

 MARKETING
Our marketing will be based on digital advertising, people are more vulnerable to know the
product through social networks, however, we will make posters to be more objective with
consumers.

Some of our ideas as a company to publicize our product are:

 Create a marathon where the vest is promoted.

 Create raffles for the obtaining of our vest.

 Create a platform on Instagram to be updating the news of our vest

 BUSINESS IDEA

The creation of Signal Backpack is due to an experience lived by a relative of our group
who was run over during the night traveling on his skateboard, which made us reflect on
the danger that many young people face at night. skateboarding and to practice it as many
young people must travel to the skate parks of our country but in many occasions, it is often
late and must travel through the streets of the country at night. In most cases you must
travel on the main street because the sidewalks are in poor condition, being exposed to
vehicles that travel in the streets.

This kind of inconvenience caused this person to have an accident against a vehicle that at
night could not see it, as most skates in our country know, they do not use road signaling
tools that protect them at night and traveling around the streets are at high risk of being run
over. As happened with this boy, every year there are people who suffer this kind of
accidents and thinking things we realized that not only skates can go through this, there are
people who run at night to exercise or use their bicycles and in the same way they are
exposed. For these reasons there is a need to create Signal Backpack, to reduce accidents
where people involved in sports such as skateboarding, cycling and runners are involved.

 CREATION OF IDEA

Today the number of accidents to pedestrians has increased and it is they who are most
affected with serious injuries or even death.
According to reports from the PNC, three to five people are victims of accidents and
abuses.
However, many people are engaged in sports on the streets such as runners, cyclists,
skaters, among others. Running the risk of accidents due to the low visibility that drivers
have at night.
Taking into account this problem that we have in our country and worldwide, we have
created a backpack that with the help of led lights signals so that drivers can see these
people who are in the streets practicing some sport.
With Signal Backpack we pretend to help the and reduce the accident rate, avoiding losing
loved ones and helping the safety of all pedestrians.

 WARRANTY
Signal Backpack is warranted by the manufacturer for a period of 18 months, if used
properly.
The product will be exchanged for an equal one in good working conditions, or if the client
requests them, the economic amount contributed in the purchase of the product will be
reimbursed.

To make the warranty valid, it is necessary to present the ticket or receipt, take the product
to the establishment where it was purchased or directly to the manufacturer's offices, so that
your product can be replaced or if you prefer, you will be reimbursed the amount paid by
the product.

This warranty is valid only during the first eighteen months after the purchase of the
product.

Nullity of the guarantee:

The warranty will remain valid within the first eighteen months of the purchase of the
product, as long as:
* Has not been modified, opened, disassembled or repaired in any of its components.
* Do not be used improperly.
* Has not suffered undue manipulation.
* No deterioration or damage caused by nature (rain, damage due to the sun, etc.)
* No damage has been caused by external agents, responsibility of the user (water, acids
and other substances).
