The simple reason behind creating MulTIEpurpose was to make life easier. Traditional
ties were stylish but not very practical for everyday situations. Very specializes in the sale of ties
with multiple uses, including belts and hair ties. Because of its adaptability and functionality,
customers can utilize this innovative product in a number of contexts. So, we came up with
MulTIEpurpose is a tie that's not only fashionable but also adaptable and functional, making life
a little simpler for everyone.
Ties that may be used as belts and hair ties, among other things. Customers may use
this cutting-edge device in a variety of scenarios thanks to its versatility and functionality. Due to
its adaptable and flexible shape, the versatile tie can be used as a belt to tighten and fasten

The MulTIEpurpose is a retail business that most women would undoubtedly enjoy. It
was manage by the General Manager of the firm Mr. Daniel Casimiro. As for the location of our
business, we have the option to construct in congested place like the public market.It will be
marketable among Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa students, particularly ladies, because they are
the ones who need it the most. This tie serves the same purpose as a belt, but it is more handy.
This product will be sold inside and outside the Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa, which will serve
all pupils at that school and other women who works near the school. We came up with this idea
after noticing that most girls simply use any form of tie to tighten their pants, thus this is an
improved version of that. To begin, we will require approximately Php 1,000,000.00 in cash.
This capital will be used to acquire materials needed to manufacture the real product, such as:

hexagon-shaped packing - 20
49 Php capital
21 Php profit
This, for 70% of each product, acts as the capital, while the remaining 30% serves as profit.

To build sustainable and basic fashion for women but will never go out of style around
the Philippines especially in the Province of Batangas, City of Lipa.

To create value and improve the confidence of women and LGBTQ+ people in terms of
fashion with satisfaction of quality.
Shoe-ties are very useful for us humans. We used it in our every day living especially if
we're a rubber shoe lover. Since our shoelace is a multi-purpose tie that can be also used as a
belt there might be a problem or issue that might happen. Our product is a DIY and some
people might think that they can also produce it on their own rather than buy our product. That's
the common thinking of every Filipino. They'll make a product if they can instead of buying it. In
this situation, our product might lose its sales.
Another problem that may arise is the future competitors. Since our product is a DIY
and can be produced easily. Future competitors might innovate a better and unique multi-
purpose tie. They might get their ideas from us and innovate it into a much better product.
Another issue is there are a lot of pants that don't need a belt. Some example of it is garterized
pants So buyers might choose a shoelace product only rather than a multi purpose tie.
Last possible problem is we have limited market reach because we only have one
branch currently. Having limited market might affect our sales. This might also affect our
business. If we only have limited market our sales will have a limit also. We can't expand our
income if we have a limited market. This might result a decrease on our sales.
These problems might have bad effects on our business. These might result in losses of
our income or sales so we must resolve it as soon as possible.

available to 13- to 19-year-olds (teens) and 20- to 30-year-olds (before adulthood) in our store.

choose a selective distribution. In the way that we are selecting schools where we will go to the

We are planning to create an social media accounts like Facebook account or Shoppee
accounts in order promote, advertise, and offer customers better pricing, it is crucial to establish
