Mrs Petite Global was established

in Malaysia in 2021 by Nickson Sim,
who is aiming to promote women
empowerment through different
social causes and redefining the
concept of beauty by opening its
door for petite married women,
that they are also capable,
intelligent and empowered. Mrs
Petite Global wants to be
remembered as a pageant of
opportunity that allows petite
married women to express their
views, showcase their talents and
be an instrument of change for all
women around the world.

The Organization through its project GAPAI wants to uphold the values
of education by harnessing individual talents and building an
environment of success through creativity, innovation and self-
confidence. This program provides educational assistance to young
marginalized children, for them to be equipped and productive in
facing their future.

Organiser
Tiara Management is an event company that specializes in organizing beauty pageants,
modelling competitions and charity events. Pioneered by Nickson Sim, Tiara Management
organised more than 20 pageants and modelling brands and more than 30 title holders
since 2019. We recruit and manages talents as well. Tiara Management provides a
platform and guidance to fresh talents or aspiring pageant contestants who are interested
in the pageant, modeling and entertainment industry. Pageants organised by Tiara
Management : Princess & Queen of Orient, Miss Valentine, Miss & Mister Patriotic. Miss &
Mister Ethnic, Miss & Mrs Christmas, Miss & Mister Cute Sarawak, Miss Teen Sarawak, Miss
& Mister Petite Sarawak, I Am Model Search Sarawak, Sarawak Fashion Designer, Mrs
Charity Queen, Mrs Malaysia World Sarawak State and Miss Petite Universe International
Sarawak.

NICKSON SIM
Founder Tiara Management | Mrs Petite Global
Nickson Sim is no stranger to the pageantry scene in Malaysia. He
started the Miss Malaysia Pageant— a pageant forum fan page from
2010 to 2015 and started his career as a freelance pageant consultant
in 2016. He was appointed as the National Director for Miss
Supranational Malaysia and Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2017 while
managing Sanjna Suri.

In 2019, he founded his own event company based in Sarawak, Tiara

Management and became the organiser for a few notable pageants
such as Mrs World Malaysia - Sarawak, Miss Petite Universe
International - Sarawak, I Am Model Search - Sarawak and was
appointed as National Director Miss Earth Malaysia 2021 - 2022.

His experience doesn't stop in pageant training, and stage

choreography but as head judge for many pageants & modelling
competitions in Malaysia such as Miss Planet Malaysia, Srikandi
Malaysia and I Am Model Search. He also trained notable beauty
queens such as Nisha Thayananthan (Miss Earth Malaysia 2021) &
Neha Verma (3rd Runner Up Miss Universe Malaysia 2020).

With all the experiences he had, he decided to start his own beauty
pageant Miss & Mister Petite Global including Mrs Petite Global and
Miss Global Asian since 2021.

Malaysia proud. She is a full time teacher, a mother, a wife & the
President of GAPAI Malaysia, an NGO charity which focusing in
helping the underprivilege people in Malaysia. She also being
awarded as Dayak Icon by the Dayak Bidayuh National Association for
her achievements at international stage.

the 451m tall Petronas Twin Tower, a pair of glass and steel clad
skyscrapers with Islamic motifs. The city is also home to British colonial-era

The Platform Performing Arts Theatre

The Platform is a fully-integrated performing arts centre comprising a 523-
seat theatre and is suitable for large scale musicals and concerts.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A WINNER : Being Mrs Petite Global Malaysia is like any other
job, we have qualities we are looking for in a winner. We are looking for an outgoing, good looking,
well spoken ambassador for our brand who is humble, kind, charismatic, authentic and ready to do
the job for the organization. PLEASE REMEMBER, the purpose of Mrs Petite Global is to help
underprivilege children to get better access for education through our charity organization
"GAPAI" and the title holders should be able to help the organization to raise funds for 'GAPAI'.

The competition will have evening gown round during grand final and deep interview session with
the organization and judges along with the contestants general behaviors throughout the
competition and 3 finalists will be chosen based on the highest scores. 1 winner from Popular
Award & 1 winner from Darling of The Crowd will get a spot in the Top 5 and move forward for
Question & Answer Segment. Remember the competition starts from Day 1. We observed by a
number of people, mostly without even knowing it. During the final show, the final deliberation will
be made.

REMUNERATION MRS PETITE GLOBAL MALAYSIA 2023 WINNER : CASH RM 2, 000.00

The winner's cash award will be treated as a salary payable in installment throughout the year. The
winner will get the opportunities to travel during her reign to crown state titleholders of Mrs Petite
Global all over Malaysia (if any) and will represent the country for international level. She is
expected to sign one year representation contract. In case she decides not to sign the contract,
first runner up will take over her title.

REMUNERATION 1st RUNNER UP MRS PETITE GLOBAL MALAYSIA 2023 : CASH RM 1, 500.00
The runner-up to be on standby for the year in case the winner is not able to full fill her duties. She
is expected to sign one year representation contract. Her prizes will be paid in three parts within a
year's duration. In case she decides not to sign the contract, she will forfeit this amount.

REMUNERATION 2nd RUNNER UP MRS PETITE GLOBAL MALAYSIA 2023 : CASH RM 1, 000.00
The runner-up to be on standby for the year in case the winner is not able to full fill her duties. She

Code of Conducts
The contestants must participate and be on time for all the events. Tardiness will have a
considerable effect in the judging process. The contestants is required to wear their sash
at all times.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages during the pageant period is strictly prohibited.
Failure to follow this rule will result in automatic disqualification.
Treat the chew with respect. They are not there to clean up contestants or do everything
for them. Crew should be treated with courtesy and respect even when cultural
differences make it challenging. They observe and report back too.
The contestants has signed a contract in which they agrees to take part in the grand
final. If contestant suddenly decides that she doesn't want to take part in the pageant
anymore for any reason, she must inform the organiser immediately resign from her title
and leave the hotel immediately.
Nobody, other than the pageant staff is allowed in the backstage. Contestants should
also be socializing with staff. Families, friends and directors are welcome to meet
delegate in the lobby or other public areas of the final venue.
Our organization will not accept liability for lost items after the event. Please make sure
the contestants has all their belongings after the event.
Contestants must show kindness and respect to each other. We have a strict #nodrama
policy. This is a journey for everyone and no one's journey should be made less enjoyable
because of another person's behaviour. This also applies to everyone who is part of the
MPG Family. Not everyone can be best friends, but we call all try to be kind and
respectful each other.
There will only be one winner. You are entitled to feel dissappointed if the results don't
go your way. But watch out what you say and do, because it might stay with you for a
very long time. In case of very serious violations, contestants can and will be disqualified.
There is no time for diva behaviour.
