Introduction of my background

My name is Ploypailin Saelim (or Ploy). I was born in Bangkok, Thailand. I am the
oldest daughter in family. I have been living in India for high school for 5 years
and never been to China before. I have been really curious about China because
has known by it’s developed country since I was young and thought would be
good for me to study in China. Compared to other Asia countries, China is one of
the best developed countries. There are a lot of considerations for me and I have
decided to go to Shanghai business school (上海商學院) to take International
Economics and Trade program and will help me a lot in my future afterward.

Why do I choose to study in China

China is considered to be a developed country and with high technology as well as

the economic sectors. Despite that, as a Chinese Ethnic. I am really impressed by
the way these individuals have proved themselves to be dedicated to their work
and with true efforts they have set China as a successful example for other third
world or developed countries. I feel the urge to learn Chinese customs and
culture as well as the language itself directly in China. I feel it will help me a lot
and will be much easier compared to learning Chinese language courses in
Thailand, knowing that Chinese language is the second language in the world.
Nowadays many China companies invest in Thailand and few years ahead it would
be more and more. I see the opportunity to work with them would be opened
widely.
Why do I choose Shanghai business school (上海商學院)

Shanghai business school (上海商學院) is named as one of the top fastest growing
universities in Shanghai and I think that Shanghai business school has a good
reputation in China. I have seen all the good news and all the programs that will
be offered and I have no doubt about this university. Shanghai business school
has lots of facilities for international students. I love to spend my time to play
sports and other activity which the facilities are available in Shanghai business
school. This can help me to socialize and mix with local and international student.

Study Plan in China

I would like to apply for the bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and
Trade program in China because I came to know the vast practical applications of
the education, this caught my attention and created a thirst of knowledge in me
to study my chosen course. My motto is to work in an international field related
to Business. Therefore, I would like to gain deeper theoretical and practical
knowledge in starting and managing most innovative projects. During my studies,
with great hidden abilities in myself I will try to come up with the best of
everything and to accompany the professors and university colleagues in carrying
out research and exploring for immense exciting industrial mysteries in the field
of Business. After completion of my bachelor’s studies I hope to be able to take
part in maximizing my country’s research technology in such fields to benefits its
economy and enhance the living stands of my compatriots. I hope that I can gain
more experience in dealing with situation, people, system and demands which
will be of a great help in my future career.
