Spirited Away

Spirited Away was written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki and

was animated by Studio Ghibli, this film is a Japanese
fantasy/mystery/fiction/adventure story in which the director and the animator took
inspiration from the mountainous region in the small Taiwanese town of Jiufento to
create this film. This fascinating film tells the story of Chihiro, a 10 years old (GR)
YEAR-OLD girl who is lost in the forest with her parents, alone she meets superb
strange animals, ghosts and creatures, to save her parents and return to her
previous world.

The adventure begins when Chihiro and her family are driving around the town
looking for her new house, they take a wrong turn, and now they are in the forest in
front of a strange abandoned place, the thrilling part starts when her parents decide
to explore the strange place and a lot of food is found by them, her parents are
eating the food meanwhile Chihiro runs off without them and meets someone named
Haku who tells her to get out of here, she runs away to find her parents. She
finds them, but they have turned into pigs by eating the food. Chihiro feels terrible
about the fact that she is alone and her parents are pigs so Haku gives her food and
tells her that she has to work in this world to free herself and her parents. Chihiro
realizes that she is in the spirit world and the spirits discover that she is a human,
from that moment Chihiro has to go through many adventures, she meets Kaonashi
(the No face) who also becomes the protagonist of this hilarious movie.

This movie is very entertaining as well as amusing because Chihiro had to do

something impossible to stay again with her parents, additionally show us that the
people can do anything for the people that they love. It is beautifully written, the
excellent and gorgeous scenes that the writer, the director, and the animator give us
are from other worlds and are unique.

I highly recommend it. This movie is perfect for the people that like this type of
animation (anime) and also for the people that want to see a movie to have a fun
time, this movie can be seen with family, friends or alone with delicious snacks. The
viewers of this film will be amazed by everything that happens to Chihiro and with
the wonderful animation of each character. This film is also perfect for the people
that like the genre of fantasy. Don’t miss it. It is well worth seeing.
