Buenos dias compañeros y profesora, hoy les voy a exponer acerca de la gramatica del must /

have to / can.

En primer lugar es necesario saber para que se utilizan cada uno de los verbos modales Can/
must and have to.

En primer lugar tenemos el Can el cual es un verbo modal que se utiliza cuando something is
allowed por ejemplo:

You can take a one-hour luch break

You can borrow up to five books from the library.

NECESSARY, A RULE NOT ALLOWED, A RULE

Visitors must wash their hands. You mustn’t smoke in the building
We have to wash our hands We can’t smoke here
ALLOWED NOT NECESSARY
You can smoke You don’t have to wear a uniform

Después, tenemos el Have to y must, los cuales tienen significados similares, es decir, Ambos
expresan obligación o necesidad pero con algunas pequeñas diferencias.

En el caso del Must se utiliza cuando

Se utiliza in written rules.

Por ejemplo: All patiens must wash their hands

People autorithy use must when they are speaking, for example, teachers, parents,
etc.

Por ejemplo: You must switch off your mobile phone.

Por ultimo tenemos el ‘have to’ que se utiliza cuando

decimos que algo es necesario

its very common in spoken English.

Por ejemplo: Doctors have to work very long hours.

I have to leave for work at 7.00 am.

Otra de las grandes diferencias en estos verbos modelales se encuntra en las formas negativas
de los verbos modales musnt y have to, es decir, must not and don't have to.

must not means something is not allowed and its important not to do something.

por ejemplo: Students must not talk in the exam room.

You musn't smoke in here.

Por ultimo, temenos el Don't have que se usa to means something is unnecessary.
por ejemplo: Teachers don't have to wear a uniform

He doesn't have to work because he's rich.

Por ultimo vemos que can't es similar a musn't

Ingles

Good morning colleagues and teacher

First of all, as a game I am going to present you with a riddle.

The riddle is as follows:

wich letter of the alphabet contains the most water?

Does anyone know the answer? (Alguien sabe la respuesta?

No one? Nadie?

Well, since no one has the answer. Ya que nadie tiene la respuesta

The answer is the letter c because in English the sea is the sea

Also today I'm going to explain to you about the grammar of must / have to / can.

The main objective of the presentation we have: Make known the uses of modal verbs:
must/mustn't, have to/ don't have to and can/can't.

First, it is necessary to know what each of the modal verbs Can / must and have to are used
for.

Well, we must be clear about what modal verbs are - Can, have to and must - And
how, and when to use them

In the first place we have the Can which is a modal verb that is used when something is
allowed for example:

You can take an hour break to eat

the example tells us that the person is allowed one hour to eat

Other example is - You can borrow up to five books from the library.

The sentence tells us that it is possible, it is allowed to borrow up to 5 books from the
library.

Then we have the Have to and must, which have similar meanings, that is, Both express
obligation or need but with some small differences.

In the case of the Must it is used when

It is used in written rules.

For example: All patients should wash their hands.

And also, the must is used when the People should use authority when they are speaking, eg
teachers, parents, etc.

For example: You must turn off your mobile phone.

 Then we have the 'have to' that is used when

we say something is necessary and

it is very common in spoken English.

For example: Doctors have to work long hours.

I have to go to work at 7:00 am.

Another of the great differences in these model verbs is found in the negative forms of the
modal verbs must and have to, that is, must not and don't have to.

The Must not: it should not mean that something is not allowed

for example: Students should not speak in the exam room.

and it is important not to do something.

You must not smoke here.

Also, we see that can't is similar to mustn't

Finally, we have the 'I don't have' which is used to mean that something is unnecessary.

for example: teachers do not have to wear a uniform and

He does not have to work because he is rich.
