Glutinous Rice Kebab

Ingredients:

1 Pack glutinous rice 1 Cup Shredded Fresh Coconut

1 Cup Coconut milk ½ Cup Water

1 Cup Brown Sugar Oil

Procedure:

1) Add glutinous rice to the mixing bowl.


2) Add coconut milk and mix.
3) Use your hand to make dough.
4) Place the dough on a cutting board and cut into pieces.
5) Put the shredded coconut as a filling and roll the dough into ball.
6) Heat up the frying pan and put oil.
7) Fry them for 15 minutes and put it on absorbent paper.
8) For the sauce, Put water in the frying pan and add sugar.
9) Mix until it is melted. After that put the glutinous rice together with the sauce and
serve.
