PERSONAL STRATEGIC PLAN

NAME Candace Martell DATE 9/16/2020

Goal:
I will strive to uphold the requests of others and the expectations of myself by practicing self-respect and earning that from
other individuals.

Objectives: Set a time frame (make it measurable)


Objective 1: I will develop a healthy relationship with myself by implementing self-care techniques and I will give myself one
month to make improvements.
Action Item 1: Journaling will be beneficial by displaying my thought patterns, so that I may change the negative ones
(try every night prior to bedtime).
Action Item 2: Practicing yoga may create a positive space for my mind and body to feel my best. (aim for 2-3 days a
week).
Action Item 3: Taking vitamins everyday will help adjust self-care needs and create more change.
Objective 2: I will enable others to be active in my life (every couple of weeks).
Action Item 1: Inviting friends and family to go out to dinner or find an activity to engage in.
Action Item 2: Sharing my vision for my life purpose with others will inspire them to find their own.
Action Item 3: Cooking for my friends and family will demonstrate my passion for Dietetics.

Objective 3: I will model the way for those in my professional and personal life (make this routine).
Action Item 1: Attending classes and Student Dietetic Club meetings on time and being an active member and
classmate.
Action Item 2: Doing my classwork with integrity and quality so that my instructors acknowledge my respect for their
teachings and the time I will invest into their classes.
Action Item 3: Responding rather than reacting to family and friends when disagreements arise.
