In your own interpretation write essay on what do you think is the relevance of history and its importance
today? The essay should be at least 250 words. Citing examples and scenarios to back up your statement and claims

Answer.
I believe that history can have more impact when it connects the people, events, places, stories, and ideas of
the past all of this are important and meaningful to communities, people and the audience today. We humbly ask our
heartily deep sense of gratitude to all who made and wrote the history and the dedication, passion on their work
because without them we don’t have knowledge about the past. Study history will help a lot in develop my social and
moral values which very vital in our society. In this case I can fully understand the contribution of the historical
personalities and the significant of the historical event and place that will help me inculcate the values such as loyalty,
perseverance, priority, peoples welfare and religious tolerance. With the study of history will also help us to
appreciate the nature of other society their culture’s well as their traditions.
Example of a historical artifacts can be found inside Zamboanga museum and museum found inside
Pasonanca park were you can found all the evidence and incident happen at the past were in until now are the source
and reference of those who study history. To make the story short history is important and relevance today because
history gives us the opportunity to learn from the past mistakes. It helps us understand many reason why people may
behave the way they do and help us become more compassionate as people and more impartial as a decision makers.

Newspaper Because newspaper articles written about specific event immediately

after the research or coverage were we read news daily.
Almanacs Because almanacs published annually it include up to date facts about
* the world. This means almanacs are already publish as books which its
not a current event though the event are already done or soon to
happen.
Letters Letters are used as historical evidence or evidence on legal cases.
* Letters are written records events and communication between people
so any information contained within is evidence of an event or
interaction. example are the letters of some of our heroes or high
profile personalities or politics that are still preserve in some of our
museum or even other countries which some of them are hand written
as an evidence of the past.
Speeches Speeches may consider as primary source because these maybe an oral
* speech or somehow a politicians deliver their speech on the public and
even an interview which the source is an actual event that has been
recorded.
Bibliographies These because bibliographies are composition or list of reference
* including works that was inspired by the researchers.

Government It is because al the pertaining documents issued are original and its
issued * publish on time. When we say government documents its was issued
documents directly from where office is concerned
Census Records Primary because it is official process of methodically collecting
* information about a certain topic in a specific time period. example the
census personnel asking some data to persons concerned they only
gave what the data being ask. meaning that is a first hand account of a
topic.
Textbook Because mostly textbook were created by someone who did not
* experience first hand or participate in the event or conditions your
researching. example are those textbook were revised and republish to
used by the readers or learners
Encyclopedia This is secondary because some of the encyclopedia their data was
* compiling from the primary source these means the data and
researches taken from the first publish encyclopedia and republish or
reprint.
