 Conducted environmental scans and strategic reviews of developments in
corporate venture capital
 Ensured accurate updates to corporate KPIs in the area of venture
investments, through regular discussions with investment teams and
corporate finance
 Organised meeting of the board of directors, including preparing agenda
and clearing board deck with Chairman and CEO.

Senior Assistant Director (Human Resource Development), MCCY

2013 – mid 2014 Deputy Director (Air Transport), CAAS


 Led team of 11
 Oversaw development of air transport policies to grow the Singapore air
hub and the economic regulation of airlines
 Negotiated air services agreements with countries in South Asia, Northeast
Asia and Middle East to obtain air traffic rights for Singapore carriers
 Ensured smooth operations of the air charter permits and air carrier
licences systems for non-scheduled and scheduled air operations
 Oversaw the development of the annual work plan for Air Transport
Division, and preparation of talking points for political office holders

2012 – 2013 Deputy Director (Singapore Aviation Academy), CAAS


 Led team of 25
 Oversaw strategic planning and collaboration development, finance and
course administration, marketing and promotion, corporate
communications and alumni management.
 Developed the 10-year Masterplan for the Singapore Aviation Academy
from 2012 to 2022.
 Prepared annual budget and ensured smooth operations of the academy,
including promoting training programmes internationally, engaging
international participants, managing payments and alumni, and pursuing
partnerships with overseas aviation organizations, such as UK National Air
Traffic Services, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (US).
2008 – 2011 Assistant Director (International Relations), CAAS
 Led team of 8
 Oversaw the development of the annual work plan for International
Relations Division.
 Prepared case to defend Singapore’s air hub interest at the U.N. Framework
Convention on Climate Change as well as climate change-related forums of
the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), the U.N. specialised
agency for civil aviation.
 Formulated and implemented strategy for Singapore’s re-election into the
Council of the ICAO.
 Custodian of CAAS international relations policy, facilitated visit by high-
level foreign guests, organised hospitality programmes
