    Sir/Madam:

    This is regarding your letter which I received last Monday, June 5, 2017.

    My business is a small sari-sari store selling grocery items and Dan Eric’s ice cream. Due to
    financial constraints and the lack of lease contract from the stall owner who lives in the US, I
    haven’t processed my business permit yet.

    With this, I would like to apologize and assure you that I will be getting the permit as soon as
    possible. I would like to request for enough time to complete all the requirements.
