1. Why is it very important in making a plan to have a guide life for example the Smart method?

- Ans. It is because life smart method you can easily done with your work toward your goals
and have a better life. In life always be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-
bounder. If you have those 5 Smart Objectives, then you have a bright future ahead you.

2. In police planning why is it very important the so-called time management?

- Time management is a tool that is used by police department for the purpose of making
sure everyone is doing the correct thing at the correct time of day. This plays a part in
making sure there are enough officers to respond to the problem in a given community.

3. What are you going to do if you’re the one who leads the plan?

- If I were the one who’ll lead the plan then I’ll use my Smart Method and work on my role. I’ll
be Specific on my plan, my Objective should be measurable, Relevant and Achievable, while
working on Time and work together as a team to be successfully finish our work without
wasting time.
