1. Explain in chronological order, the seven steps on how to develop an action plan.
First, Setting Objectives- Be accurate to your goal. Begin to expect to accomplish the goal in
your target time because there are no unreasonable goals, only the unreasonable deadlines to
achieve that goal so, be realistic in making an action plan.

Second, Assess the objectives - Think about what is your priority to achieve that goal. knowing
your priority is a must to achieve a successful action plan.

Third, Identify the action required to achieve the objective. - By creating an action plan, we
need to be well-organized. It will help the goals we intend to reach. Balance the details that need to
be analyzed, tested, understood, and prioritized. Processed it Step by step.

Fourth, Work out how to evaluate the activity.- In this step, Is the time the action plan is in the
process of working. Taking action to your action plan needs to be flexible. It is the part where your
plan is working out or not. It is the step where you'll check all your needs in the activity like food
packaging, the permissions, and the cost of your materials.

Fifth, Agree time frame. - the target time is very important in creating an action plan. An action
plan is needed to expect to accomplish the goal in your target time. Keep on track of the progress
and make adjustments along the way. It will help the goals visible we intend to reach.

Sixth, Asses the action plan.- Checking up what are the finished task in your action plan and
what is in progress. By that, you will determine the task is well organized.

Seventh, Finalize the action plan.- Making adjustments along the way. take advice from the
people around you it will help you to have a successful action plan.
2. Discuss how to conduct the stage" Be Inclusive" in a successful planning process.
-Make an effort to recognize people for their work and support their efforts and growth. That means
recognizing specifically and personally the unique contributions of others in ways that are motivating
and elevate their sense of personal accomplishment.
3. Define and discuss the differences between Quantitative and Qualitative in the presentation and
analysis of data.
-Generally speaking, quantitative analysis involves looking at the hard data, the actual numbers.
Qualitative analysis is less tangible. is more one on one interviews. It concerns subjective characteristics
and opinions – things that cannot be expressed as a number. Here's a closer look at aspects of both and
how they are used.
4. Discuss the purpose of an action plan.
-Action plan starts with determining objectives which is an essential step. It is the first role that must
perform before all. It involves looking ahead and thinking about the future. It is a constant process
because after an action plan formulates and Involves decision-making. For me, an action plan Is
necessary because it provides direction that we see the goal in our future. Action Planning serves as a
guide and keeps us on track with meeting our goals and laying the foundations for things to happen. It
reduces the risk of difficulties. It promotes innovative ideas.
