1. Car parking shade structure is rusted condition at outside building
premise area.
2. Basement of the caravan building has damages and cracks.
3. Exit door is obstructed by carpets and chairs in front of it.
4. Flooring damaged is notice at entrance step.
5. There is no sufficient anti slip grit on entrance ramp floor area.
