Task

Discuss the managerial functions (planning, organizing, leading & controlling) of

your Course Teacher. You have to identify different activities of your teacher and
put them under appropriate management functions. You also have to justify why you
have put a particular activity within a particular function.

[For example: you might identify ‘preparing course outline’ as an activity of your
teacher and put them in ‘planning’ function. Then you have to explain why you have
put this activity (preparing course outline) under ‘planning’ function. In this way you
have to identify various activities and the functions they belong to with justification]
