Villaver
Dedicated to the voiceless
I f you're reading this, you're one of us. There was a time when the dark corners of
Dread Ville City ate humanity. On nights like these, when armed men walk the streets,
mothers held their children tight and whisper, "The darkness is hungry tonight."

When Rotted Gourdier assumes control of the government, we thought it was all over:
the suffering, the exploitation. He was the leader who will bring the change to this wretched city,
and at first, everything was at peace. But of course, it did not last.

At the smallest hint of a violation, gunshots were fired. The body always belongs to a
person in the slums who wanted nothing more than a decent chance in life, a job, and everything
that the world took for granted. And until now, no one was ever charged with the killings. It's the
same story, but with a different name. The blood flowed freely from one lifeless body to the
next, following a kill list.

Gourdier slowly but surely became corrupted. Now, we have but one option: we destroy
the government yet again. The older ones were set in their ways, yet the youth were ready for
something new, and together they rebelled. They feared us. For years we have been hunted.

They were right to be afraid.

The government wasn't the masters anymore, and that was just the beginning. We wanted
our government back; we wanted it to protect not only the rich but also the poor. We cry for the
children in the streets. We cry for people who waited for help but were left to drown and die
from hunger.

Others say he's a visionary, but I say, he is a murderer.

We're all rebels at heart, deep down, even if you think you aren't. The worst ones are so
repressed, so blinded, they can't see beyond the lies. Others suffer for your silence. It’s time to
speak up! There's a rebel inside you too.

We will tear down his empire of violence and abuse. He created a world of misery where
he bends the law at his convenience. We can do so much better. They will try to silence us, but
there will always be someone ready to fight.

And the most important part, never forget and never be quiet. Believe me.

This is a rebel with a cause.
